Whatever religious or personal belief system you have, anyone can learn these meditations that stabilize the mind and sort out the emotions. "The positive effects of Meditation bleed into our lives like a laundry list of goodness. Physical effects can be lowered blood pressure, and fewer asthma attacks or panic attacks. The mind is clearer, and emotions feel calmer, much less raw.
